The restaurant industry relies on disparate tools for ordering, staff management, and inventory. Aria was conceived to bridge this gap by creating a seamless flow of data from the table-side QR scan to the backend kitchen display.

Full-Stack Portal Ecosystem
We developed a robust architecture using Next.js for the web interfaces and Spring Boot for a high-performance API. The ecosystem includes a dedicated Restaurant Portal, an Admin Portal for global oversight, and a mobile-optimized Customer Ordering App built with Expo Web. Security was centralized through Keycloak to ensure enterprise-grade authentication across all entry points.

Efficiency at Scale
Aria successfully digitized the entire order lifecycle, virtually eliminating manual entry errors and ticket loss. By leveraging the real-time capabilities of the stack, we reduced service latency by over 30%, directly impacting table turnover rates. Management now operates with 'data-certainty,' using the Aria Admin portal to monitor live sales, inventory fluctuations, and staff performance across multiple tenants from a single source of truth.
